Dude... that cover. You had me with the blood splatters (and saying the word "bastard" feels like I'm breaking some kinda rule, so... I like that, too).
I have been thinking about hacking Mork Borg myself but I think in a different way. It feels like characters quickly plateau and loose attributes and hit points at the same rate they gain them and bob around a certain point hoping the dice will favour them. I think something that addressed that issue would work best.
I'll have to think long and hard about this and hash out some ideas as I see myself going back to MB soon or maybe on of its numerous spin offs.
I am with you on minimizing comedy in the rules (there is enough of that generated at the table without the rules lending themselves to more). Too much silliness spoils the game (at least for me). Thanks for posting these and for the free adventure!
Cheers! Totally agree. Laughs are best when organic but yes. At my table I have to do the occasional “okay okay let’s get to it” thing that most DMs are prob familiar with
Love this, big fan!
Thanks so much!
Love that cover art!

I thought Mork Borg was already intense!
Haha cheers. I like it a little more serious. More gritty less absurd grimdark.
I still play it often.
Great cover buddy! Despite i am not a mork borg player, i find your tweaks really interesting!
Cheers!
Have you thought about publishing these house rules? They are a great addition to mork borg.
Cheers I think I’ll include them in the next thing I put out!
Really love those house rules! Thanks for posting them!
